Step 1: Let’s chat! Schedule and book your trip planning consultation. In this one-on-one phone session we will talk about your destination, dates, must-see/do components and trip budget. A non-refundable planning fee is required to move forward to Step 2.
Step 2: The FlyGirl team will get to work on making your dream trip a reality. Please allow 5 business days for the magic to happen.
Step 3: A personalized proposal will be sent to your email detailing the full itinerary, costs, options for accommodations and more for you/your group to review and approve.
Step 4: Once a proposal is approved payment guidelines will be agreed upon and your trip is locked in. We provide a secure online payment system that allows individual travelers to access their booking details, balance, payment history and chat function to ask questions.
Step 5: Throughout the payment process FlyGirl will be on hand to answer questions, interact with your group through social media, group chats/emails, send payment reminders and give valuable tips to make the countdown until your travel date a breeze.
